PGVCL Online Bill Payment
Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited - (PGVCL) is a Power Distribution utility in the state of Gujarat. PGVCL Online Bill Payment was introduced as the commercial operations were entrusted to Company with effect from 1st April-2005 with unbundling of Gujarat Electricity Board. The Company is wholly owned subsidiary of Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) a Government of Gujarat undertaking which accepts PGVCL Online Bill Payment using the following portal.
Steps to perform PGVCL Online Bill Payment
Step 1: Go to www.pgvcl.in ->
You will be redirected to : https://www.pgvcl.in:7015/PortalWeb/appmanager/LaunchPortal/LaunchDesktop

Click on Quick online Pay as indicated by arrow. Following Instruction will come on the Page :
1. Fill all the necessary details in Payment Detail such Consumer Number and E-mail Address and submit the request. Payment amount will be retrieved automatically from the server.
2. Verify Payment Detail and process further by clicking on the Pay Now button.
3. Quick Online Pay screen will be redirected to Payment Gateway.
4. After completion of payment, Payment Acknowledgement will be displayed.
5. You may take a print-out of the payment acknowledgement by clicking on the Save & Print button.
6. Transaction processing fees for Net Banking is Rs.5.00/-(Five) plus applicable Service Tax.
7. Transaction processing fees for Credit / Debit / Pre-Paid Cards is 1%(one percent) of Customer Payment Amount Plus Service Tax.
2. Verify Payment Detail and process further by clicking on the Pay Now button.
3. Quick Online Pay screen will be redirected to Payment Gateway.
4. After completion of payment, Payment Acknowledgement will be displayed.
5. You may take a print-out of the payment acknowledgement by clicking on the Save & Print button.
6. Transaction processing fees for Net Banking is Rs.5.00/-(Five) plus applicable Service Tax.
7. Transaction processing fees for Credit / Debit / Pre-Paid Cards is 1%(one percent) of Customer Payment Amount Plus Service Tax.

You can now pay using credit / debit card of any one of the bank listed under (Any Master / Visa credit card or Debit card of the following banks can be used for making payment) through the ‘PAYMENT GATEWAY OPTION’ by selecting one of the available gateway whose bank charges are displayed. After entering into any one of the gateways, give your debit/credit card details when asked and proceed for payment.
Note: Always take a screenshot of E-receipt in the end to complete the PGVCL Online Bill Payment to keep a digital record of the transaction.
