CESC is India's first fully integrated electrical utility generating and distributing electrical power in Kolkata. CESC is the sole distributor of electricity for Kolkata and Howrah serving 2.3 million consumers which includes domestic, industrial and commercial users. 
CESC is in process of setting up a number of power stations in the country. CESC Limited is a flagship company of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group.

  • Go to https://www.cesc.co.in/creditcard/online_payment_options.php

Alternatively you can also go to http://cesc.co.in/cesc/web/customer/paybill/paybill.html and Click on Pay Bill Online
  • Click on Credit Card below the Monthly Bills as shown to pay by Credit Card. You will be redirected to a secure page to pay the CESC Online Bill Payment.


  • Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox
  • Enter the 11 digit Consumer number
  • Select the month for which payment is to be made
  • Select Mode of Payment
  • Enter Validation Code and Proceed
After Entering Credit card/ Debit card details , make payment and take the print of e-receipt.
